University of Greenwich chaos after attacker sprays four people with unknown substance

An attacker has allegedly sprayed four people with an “unknown substance” outside the University of Greenwich, police have said.

Officers from the Metropolitan Police were called to the Avery Hill campus just after midnight following reports that a man had been attacked and sprayed with a substance. Police and the ambulance service rushed to the scene and treated a man for head injuries before taking him to hospital.
